Fuud in the PNW


We've been enjoying the food on this trip so far.

Started the day on Saturday with the complimentary breakfast at the Best Western in McMinnville. Waffles!


We had Lunch at Mo's in Lincoln City on Sunday. They are known for their clam chowder. It was pretty good! So was the shrimp salad sandwich.

Obviously, the bread is good, too!

We had lunch today at a place on campus at Portland State University. This spicy sausage hoagie was great!

    How long you in Portland? Nephew Tom (went to OSU game with us last year) is Exec Chef at Henry's Tavern and his bro Tim is Mgr of Cal Pizza Kitchen in Clackamas. Of course, daughter and Lilu are near Scappoose.

  2. We are here until Wednesday. We'll head out to the coast for two days working our way down to Lincoln City then back to McMinnville on Friday.
    So much to do, so little time!
